Before you send your mix
Do I really need my songs mastered?
Yes. Mastering is what gets your music sounding its best and competing with other releases. If you are pressing CDs or vinyl with us, we strongly recommend it.
Which masters do I get?
Every package comes with masters in 3 formats: CD, streaming and MP3. We also create the DDP file for your CD, which is what pressing plants use to make your discs.
Will you give me feedback on my mix?
Yes. Our engineers have over 20 years of experience and will tell you honestly how your mix is sounding, so you can fix anything before it’s final.
What file format should I send?
Send WAV files. Please avoid MP3s, as compression removes detail we need. Your engineer will let you know if they need anything else.
How do free revisions work?
If you want to change your mixes after hearing the masters, tweak them and re-send within 30 days. We master them again at no extra charge.
Releasing on CD or vinyl too?
We press eco-friendly CDs from 25 units and vinyl from 7″ to 12″, all under one roof.
